AOAÌåÓýƽ̨ Mid Coast Hospital’s Addiction Resource Center (ARC) is now known as Comprehensive Addiction Psychiatry Services (CAPS), with locations in Brunswick and Damariscotta.

AOAÌåÓýƽ̨ showcased its newly renovated behavioral health center on the AOAÌåÓýƽ̨ Parkview Campus at an official ribbon cutting ceremony Tuesday.

AOAÌåÓýƽ̨ Waldo Hospital recently welcomed two new Community Health Workers, Terri Aldus and Dianna Wilson, to their Community Health department. They join a team of CHWs across Knox and Waldo counties dedicated to helping community members bridge gaps in accessing care.

AOAÌåÓýƽ̨ Pen Bay Hospital (MHPBH) is pleased to welcome Ashley Mychak, DPM, FACFAS, to its Podiatry team. Dr. Mychak specializes in the Lapiplasty® 3D Bunion Correction® Procedure, a procedure that MHPBH will now be able to offer for the first time.

To celebrate the opening of its new Cardiac Rehab gym, AOAÌåÓýƽ̨ Pen Bay Hospital will hold an open house for patients and community members Wednesday, June 18, from 11 am to 1 pm at the gym’s new home inside the Pen Bay Physicians Building, located at 4 Glen Cove Drive, Suite 109, Rockport.

Due to forecasted inclement weather this Saturday, June 7, the spring Farmersâ€� Market at AOAÌåÓýƽ̨ Waldo Hospital has been postponed. The Farmersâ€� Market originally scheduled at AOAÌåÓýƽ̨ Pen Bay Hospital for this past Saturday, May 31, was also postponed due to inclement weather. Both events have been moved to this fall, with more information to follow.

AOAÌåÓýƽ̨ Pen Bay and Waldo Hospitals are excited to announce the launch of a secure and convenient medication take-back program on their campuses.

Have you ever wondered how to give an injection, apply a cast, or save a life in the wilderness? Mt. Washington Valley’s Health Careers Camp is back this summer, offering middle school students a chance to explore real-world medical skills in a fun, hands-on environment.

Jessica Burton, Gorham, N.H., a licensed nursing assistant at AOAÌåÓýƽ̨ Memorial Hospital, Haley Jodoin, Ossipee, N.H., currently an emergency medical technician at AOAÌåÓýƽ̨ Memorial Hospital, and Angela Lyons, Harrison, Maine, a student at Southern Maine Community College, were honored.

Dr. Alex Keuroghlian will be the new Chief of AOAÌåÓýƽ̨ Behavioral Health (MHBH) and Chair of Psychiatry at AOAÌåÓýƽ̨ Maine Medical Center (MHMMC) effective May 30, 2025.
