I believe exercise is medicine and enjoy helping my patients get back to enjoying sport and physical activity. I have a strong background in pediatric and adolescent athletes but enjoy helping active individuals of all ages and abilities.

I am a member of a consultation team that assists individuals with psychiatric concerns while medically admitted in a hospital setting.
