The relationship between physician and patient is a sacred one. I always see my interaction with a patient as an active conversation, and I strive to involve each person in their own care.

I am a pediatric hospitalist and provide care for newborn babies in our nursery as well as children who require hospitalization from birth to the age of 21 years old.

My goal is to empower patients to be in control of their health and wellness. I believe in collaborating to form a plan of care that considers, not only evidence-based medicine, but each patient’s background and priorities.

I completed my degree in Kinesiology at Pennsylvania State University. I knew that I wanted to have a larger role in medicine and returned to school.
