Consistent with our commitment to help prevent further community spread of COVID-19 and to safeguard our colleagues, Franklin Memorial Hospital has implemented further changes to our visitor policies.

Temporary Changes Designed to Limit Spread of COVID-19

The new rules, which prohibit most visitors aside from specific exceptions, are effective Saturday, March 21 for MMC locations and Maine Medical Partners practices and clinics.

Community members are encouraged to contribute to a directory of child care options for AOAÌåÓýƽ̨ team members.

The new rules are effective immediately for Southern Maine Health Care locations. They are intended to safeguard patients, visitors and staff during the coronavirus outbreak.

To better support all of the care team members working on behalf of its patients and communities, Franklin Community Health Network, together with AOAÌåÓýƽ̨, has issued new policies to support employees.

Franklin Memorial Hospital announces that it implementing temporary visitor restrictions effective March 17. This is being done, in part, to prevent or limit community spread of the novel coronavirus (also known as COVID-19).

The new rules are effective immediately for Stephens Memorial Hospital practices and clinics. They are intended to safeguard patients, visitors and team members during the coronavirus outbreak.

The decision is meant to better position the health system to care for those impacted by the coronavirus outbreak and reduce community spread of the disease.
